Dealer Showroom Feature: Liberty Bell Smart Home

Showrooms are essential for helping clients truly understand how technology can integrate into a home, allowing them to experience scale, finishes, and performance within a fully realized space. When products are thoughtfully designed into an environment, it becomes easier for clients to envision how those solutions will live in their own homes. At Leon, we’re proud to spotlight showrooms that set the standard for spaces that seamlessly blend design and technology to inspire confidence and creativity.

Housed in an older, historic building, the Liberty Bell Smart Home showroom & Leon Design Center is a masterclass in balance—honoring traditional architecture while seamlessly integrating modern technology. From the outset, the goal was clear: preserve the character of the space while using Leon solutions to elegantly conceal or elevate technology.

“We wanted to keep the traditional look of the space while using Leon pieces to help clean up and hide the technology,” explains Mark Buzzard, Owner & President of Liberty Smart Home.

Liberty worked with Audra Neal Designs, Ashlie Buzzard on the interior design of the project, using Leon’s products to bring both their shared design and performance visions to life. The result is a showroom that feels intentional and refined, where technology enhances the environment rather than competing with it.

Two Ente SoundTiles featuring custom artwork and powered by Sonos Amp were the perfect way to add sound and style to the showroom’s high-design kitchen area.

The design team—led by Audra Neal Designs and Ashlie Buzzard—approached the showroom with restraint and purpose. Rather than overwhelming the space with visible tech, they focused on solutions that would either disappear entirely or feel like a natural extension of the architecture.

Working within an older building always presents its own set of challenges and rewards. With existing elements out of level throughout the space, precision planning and flexibility were key. Fortunately, the team had the creative freedom to reimagine the showroom without major constraints, allowing them to fully explore what was possible.

“This was a fun project where we were able to take an old historic building and install the latest technology so that everything blends and fits with the current aesthetics,” added Mark Buzzard.

For an elevated built-in look in this high-end meeting space, the Liberty Smart Home team integrated Logitech’s all-in-one Rally conferencing soundbar with Leon’s VcFIT mounting system and a hardwood Edge Media Frame

Several Leon solutions were intentionally selected early in the design process to anchor the showroom experience, including Mera Sound Sconce, a Media Décor moving art lift, and multiple Edge Frame applications. Together, these products demonstrate how technology can either quietly fade into the background or confidently stand out, depending on the needs of the space.

Terra LuminSound Bollard speakers utilize adjustable pathway lighting, dimmable halo lights, and Leon’s signature high-performance sound to bring next-level sound and style to the outdoor display

For Liberty Bell, Leon products have become a powerful bridge between integrators and design professionals. From completely hiding technology with an Illusion moving art lift or displaying it elegantly with Mera Sconces or an Edge Frame, Leon solutions make it easier for architects and designers to welcome technology into the spaces they create.

Leon’s hardwood, custom-fit Edge Media Frame is perfectly matched by Leon’s powerful FrameBar 44UX custom-width soundbar in walnut finish.

Beyond audio and video, the showroom features full Ketra and tunable lighting upgrades throughout, enhancing the mood and functionality of each area. The integration of lighting, sound, and display technology creates a cohesive experience—one that feels both modern and respectful of the building’s roots.

“This was a fun project where we were able to take an old historic building and install the latest technology so that everything blends and fits with the current aesthetics,” shares Liberty Smart Home president Mark Buzzard – Owner/President
